Julie is German Shepherd X Doberman approximately 3 years old.  She is spayed, vaccinated and microchipped.  Julie did not have a good start in life as she spent the first two years of her life living in a one-bedroomed flat where she was hardly ever taking out or socialised.  As a result Julie gets very nervous when outdoors and will need to go to an experienced home with someone who understands the breed and has the time and patience to work with Julie in order to build her confidence further. Hello, my name is Rhea and I am a 7 year old Rottweiler.  I used to live in a family home with lots of children that sadly could no longer keep me.  I am therefore used to being around lots of children.  I know basic commands such as sit, down, paw and speak! Plus I do like a biscuit and so could easily be trained new things.  I can be strong on the lead but do calm down once I am over my initial excitement.  I am a lovely girl and very friendly towards people I meet.  I am not really that keen on other dogs though and definitely not cats.  I will need a Rottweiler experienced owner who is happy to teach me new things and who is willing to socialise me with calm confident dogs until I can lern to be happy around them and gradually move on to more excitable ones.  If you can offer me a home please contact Animals in Needs, Northamptonshire 01933 278080

 UPDATE:  Molly has waited ages for her new home and has had no interest in her whatsoever.  We have therefore taken her to Snowdonia Animal Sanctuary where she will be cared for and receive ongoing training.  We are still hoping that this little lady will find her own home as she is now 18 months and has spend most of her life in kennels.  We will keep posting on her progress and if you think you can find a space for her then please do let us know.

Molly  is a small staffie X with lots of energy - we think just over 12mths old.  Sadly she has been returned to the rescue as she didn't get on with the resident cat. She will need a home where she can get lots of stimulation as she has boundless energy although she also loves a cuddle.  We would recommend older children only as she does get quite excited and could knock over very young children.  She would benefit from more training and would be more suited as the only pet where she can get all the attention!  Molly loves chasing her ball -click to see her video
